What are the shipping methods offered?

All major outlets including but not limited to FedEx,USPS and UPS.

What are the shipping times for my order?

After payment we will begin to fill orders immediately. Arriving to the delivery address on file within 3-7 days. This time frame is Strictly for domestic orders.

What’s the shipping process?

There’s a very high demand for most items sold by Fatta Fatta. In which case on hand stock could be low. In the event of low stock it will take 24 to 48 hours to fill items in high demand. This has no effect on the 3-7 day shipping time. This means you will arrive one to two days sooner if stock is on hand. This applies to Domestic orders only.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, due to customs orders can be expected anywhere between 1-3 weeks in most cases. The source of shipping will be FedEx, DHL and UPS.

What if my shipment never arrived?

if your shipment never arrived but it says delivered via tracking. You must contact the courier responsible for delivery. In addition please contact us via our Contact Page. If we can assist on our end we will.

if your package never arrived and was lost in transit. Verified by courier tracking log, we will replace your order.

How much time do I have to return purchases?

Within 30 days from estimated delivery date. It’s important you contact us before sending any returns. We can be contacted Via the Contact Page.

When can I expect my refund?

Depending on your banking institution, any where from 3-10 business days.

What makes me not eligible for a refund?

Any issues with orders should be expressed via the Contact Page immediately. It is important to understand we have the right to deny refunds. Reasons for denial could be buyers remorse, opened packaging which resulted in less than perfect item conditions. Less than perfect item conditions would be, but not limited to removed tags, stains, odors, scratch’s, cuts and or holes not apart of the original design.

Can I exchange my order if it’s the wrong fit?

No, please understand all sizing charts are clearly posted on all product pages. It is important for you to know your body dimensions. All products are true to size specifics mentioned on each product page.

Can I change my delivery address?

It is important to understand that having the correct address is crucial. In the event you realized the address is wrong we can change it aslong as it hasn’t yet been shipped. If it has you will have to contact the courier responsible for shipment. Using your tracking number provided. Please contact us immediately via Contact Us as soon as you realize an address error.

How do I process a return?

Before you attempt to return anything you must first Contact Us. In the event the return is eligible you would have to return the package to courier responsible for the delivery.

what are the best laundry practices for clothing?

You should machine wash cold. You shouldn't use bleach. cool iron only and do not dry clean. You shouldn't iron on logo or designs. Lastly wash with like clothing.
